I came across a Wakizashi with Tokubetsu papers.
The signature and date are as follows:

備州長船縄家
永享十年二月日
Bizen Osafune Nawaie
Feb 1438

However, I cannot find anything regarding the name Nawaie in this database or in any other documentation I possess.

I hope one of you can help me further to identify who this smith is.
Any other information is more than welcome.
